Welded Power Boat Rails
Welded rail systems are becoming increasingly popular.
The standard rail is 1" diameter stainless steel tubing (.065 wall)
and is polished and buffed. The standard base is 3/16" thick,
3" diameter socket style with countersunk bolt holes, and the stanchions
are at a 60 degree angle. Other base designs are available and include
welding a plate to the end of the stanchion or a stainless steel stud.
The basic information necessary is noted below. Bowspirts can be
accommodated.
Please feel free to consult with us. Our rails
are packaged well and we give you a complete product. Tops-In-Quality
offers radar arches, flybridge rails and many other products for your
power boats.
